Our Trip to Musical Stars

We all enjoyed our trip to the Musical Stars performance at The Little Theatre in Lower Hutt.

We enjoyed listening to the music and watching the actors perform.  We loved seeing lots of familiar Muritai faces too!

Rona and the Moon

We watched a mini clip and read the maori legend, Rona and the Moon.

After that, we worked with a partner and drew the background.  We did a great job making it colourful!

In the afternoon, we used plasticene to make models of Rona and her husband.  We placed these in front of our pictures .

Our Production Movie

Mrs Heath was really lucky last night!  She sat in the audience and watched us do our production.  The movie's a bit shakey but it does show us looking great!   We hope you enjoy it.
